FOR STUDENTS AND GRADUATES
How do you present yourself when you do not have much experience yet?
You are applying for jobs, internships, graduate programmes, or your first serious role, and every job ad seems to ask for experience you do not have yet.
That does not mean you have nothing to say.
We work on your CV, LinkedIn, cover letter, interview answers, personality, strengths, student jobs, projects, and values, so you can explain who you are and why a company should give you a chance.
For students, recent graduates, and early-career professionals with 0 to 2 years of experience.
How I help graduates
1:1 graduate coaching

For students and graduates who need help with CV, LinkedIn, cover letter, job search, interviews, and how to talk about themselves without sounding lost or fake.
Interview self-introduction

We work on the question most people hate: “Tell me about yourself.” You learn how to speak about your personality, strengths, student work, projects, and motivation in a way that makes sense.

University talks and workshops
Practical sessions for universities, alumni clubs, and student groups on job search, CVs, interviews, LinkedIn, and how to present yourself when you are still at the start.
What we work on together

CV, LinkedIn, and cover letter
How to make your experience look clear, even if most of it comes from student work, internships, projects, volunteering, or university.

How to introduce yourself in an interview
How to answer “tell me about yourself” without freezing, oversharing, or giving a boring summary of your CV.

Strengths, weaknesses, and real examples
How to talk about what you are good at with proof, and how to explain weaknesses without sounding unprepared.

Personality and communication style
How you naturally think, speak, work with people, solve problems, and show up under pressure.

Matching your values to a company
How to connect who you are with the company you are applying to, so your answer does not sound copied from their website.

Job search confidence for graduates
How to stop applying randomly and start understanding where you fit, what to say, and how to prepare.
Why personality matters more at the start of your career
When you are a graduate, employers know you will not have ten years of experience. They look at how you think, how you communicate, how you learn, how you handle feedback, and whether they can imagine you growing in their team.
This is where personality matters.
Your personality gives you material for interviews. It helps you explain your strengths, your working style, your values, and your motivation. The point is not to say “I am a good communicator.” The point is to prove it with real examples from your studies, student jobs, projects, volunteering, or life.
Example: how personality becomes proof in HR or any other occupation
If I were applying for an HR role, I would not say “I am good with people.” I would connect my personality with proof.

Curious and people-focused
I naturally want to understand people, what motivates them, where they struggle, and what helps them move forward. In HR, this matters because people rarely say the real problem first.
Strong communicator
I can explain things clearly and make people feel safe enough to speak. In HR, communication is part of everything: interviews, feedback, onboarding, conflict, workshops, and manager support.
Creative problem-solver
I often see options and patterns other people miss. In HR, this helps because people problems rarely fit perfectly into one template.
Initiative-driven
I do not wait for someone else to fix the problem. I usually start building, testing, adjusting, and moving things forward.
Values-led and empathetic
I care about people feeling seen, treated fairly, and supported. In HR, that matters when it is balanced with business reality.

This is for you if...
You are a student or recent graduate.

You have 0 to 2 years of experience.

You do not know how to talk about yourself yet.

Your CV feels empty.

You are applying and getting silence.

You have student work or early experience, but you do not know how to present it.

You want to understand how your personality connects to the kind of company you are applying to.

For universities and alumni clubs
The focus is simple: how to search for jobs, how to present yourself, how to talk about strengths and values, and how to prepare for interviews when you are still at the start.
I offer practical talks, preview sessions, and workshops for students and alumni.
